Start hosted. Finish sovereign.

Defense procurement has a familiar dilemma: the pilot must start now, but the data must live under national authority. Jehonë Defense resolves it with a deployment path, not a compromise — begin hosted, finish sovereign, without retraining anyone.

Pilot in weeks, not years

The hosted beginning exists so evaluation can start immediately: a theater stood up on managed infrastructure, sensors shipping to the pilot sector, operators logging into the same command center they will use for years.

Pilots are scoped to answer procurement questions with evidence — coverage achieved, alert quality, operator workload — instead of slideware. If the answers disappoint, the customer has spent weeks, not budget cycles.

The same software, all the way down

The critical property of the path is continuity: the sovereign deployment runs the identical software as the pilot. Workflows learned during evaluation carry over untouched; theater configuration, watch rules and audit history migrate with the mission.

Re-platforming between pilot and production is where defense programs go to stall — new interfaces, new training, new trust to rebuild. We removed the seam instead of documenting it.

What sovereign actually means

Sovereignty here is concrete, not rhetorical: a per-customer region with per-customer keys, data residency inside the required boundary, and an air-gapped theater box — maps, models and database on site — for the strictest environments.

Operators hold the keys; the vendor holds no standing access. Support and updates flow through defined, auditable channels — the same audit trail that watches the mission watches the maintenance.

The path, step by step

Every engagement follows the same three stages, sized to the customer. There is no fork where the pilot codebase and the sovereign codebase diverge — there is one line, and it moves inside your boundary.

  • Cloud — pilot in weeks on managed infrastructure with the full command center
  • Sovereign — per-customer region, keys and data residency for procurement
  • Theater box — air-gapped single image for disconnected operations
